Private Sector Leasing (PSL)

Wirral Council are currently piloting Private Sector Leasing in partnership with Cosmopolitan Housing Association (CHA).

CHA can responsibly let, manage and maintain your property carrying out a number of landlord functions for an agreed period of time.

If necessary, some works could be undertaken by CHA in order to get the property up to a lettable standard, the cost of which would be recovered from the revenue stream.

In return for the provision of these services CHA would charge a management, maintenance and administration fee; you however receive a regular guarantee of submarket rent for the property.
