Merseyside's first and only specialist landlord show is proving extremely popular with the region's property owners... but there's still time for those wanting to exhibit.

The event, organised by NewHeartlands which is being held at the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton on 10th September, offers essential information as well as advice and landlord focused products through seminars and workshops along with panel of experts answering property questions from health and safety issues to saving on tax.

It will focus on the key issues and initiatives affecting the private rented sector on Merseyside. The aim of the event is to bring together the public and private sectors to share experience, understanding and expertise. It will also promote best practice around housing management services.

Sian Evans, Head of the Property Litigation team at Weightmans Solicitors said:

"We are delighted to be exhibiting at the Merseyside Landlords Expo 09. We feel it will be a great opportunity for landlords from across Merseyside to gain advice from all aspects of letting, including information on the legal services on offer at Weightmans.
