Through the Housing Market Renewal programme Fiveways and Church Road are set to see the construction of over 500 new homes over approximately a five year period, funded through the NewHeartlands HMR pathfinder. The programme, delivered by Wirral Council, will be led by Lovell as the lead developer.

Wirral Council is looking to assist local company's participation in the construction redevelopment schemes and refurbishment programmes taking place through the HMR programme and also other major regeneration activities that are planned for the borough.

Wirral Council is seeking to determine the interest of local contractors to partake in such schemes whilst also identifying any barriers that may exist to their participation. This information will assist in determining how Wirral Council can best support the involvement of local companies in the ongoing regeneration of Wirral and help to improve the local economy and create job opportunities for local people.
