Programme is working in partnership with Church Road community looking to implement environmental improvements to clearance sites in Church Road Area.

Environmental Wardens currently undertake regular patrols of sites maintaining green spaces and undertaking removal of fly tipping and rubbish on a frequent basis.

Recent works undertaken has seen a number of locations undergoing further levelling of cleared sites and the addition of top soil in order to facilitate possible environmental improvements to take place.

Further consultation is planned to determine what environmental improvements would suit the sites identified and the potential for residents to be included in the works and ongoing maintenance of sites.
